EH Industries
The EH101 helicopter program has been developed for both military and civil applications. Westland Helicopters and Agusta jointly developed the EH101 (before they joined to make AgustaWesland). The entire program is managed through EH Industries, a joint venture owned on a 50/50 basis by both Agusta and Westland which acts as design authority and prime contractor for the EH101 helicopter program.
