NHIndustries is the Prime Contractor for Design & Development, Industrialisation, Production, and Logistic Support for NH90 Helicopters. NHIndustries signed the NH90 Design & Development Contract on 1st September 1992 with NAHEMA.

NAHEMA (NATO Helicopter Management Agency) represents the Four Participating Nations: France, Italy, Germany and The Netherlands.

NHIndustries was established in 1992 by the 4 Companies sharing the D&D of the NH90 Programme: AGUSTA (Italy) 28.2%, EUROCOPTER (France) 41.6%, EUROCOPTER DEUTSCHLAND 23.7%, and FOKKER (The Netherlands 6.5%).

NHIndustries ensures the industrial programme management and is responsible for Marketing and Sales of the NH90 helicopters.
