Model Disposal

So you spend weeks working on a model. Perfect interior, all the parts are where they should be, nothing missing. Then the unthinkable happens.

The model gets broken or the paint job goes ape shit. What do you do with what's left? Paint jobs that have gone terribly wrong on tiny models normally can't be fixed. Certain other parts just can't be fixed too. So what to do?

BURN THEM!

I just can't throw away a model I've spent so much time working on. The only suitable fate is by fire. Here are a pair that had paint jobs gone ape shit. I hate to get rid of my own work, but the city dump just won't cut it.

If you have any pictures of flaming models I'd love to see them!

*Editors note- I know burning this type of plastic (or any for that matter) is bad for the environment. Cars are bad for the environment too, but you don't see the world ceasing to drive now do you?!
